Our Story
Seeds of a Dream
Married with dreams in my eyes, I moved to Bihar—the land of Sattu. The rich flavors took me back to my childhood, and during motherhood, Sattu became my strength, providing nourishment through every phase of life.
Building a Path
Returning to Mumbai, I pursued a career as an Assistant Professor while my passion for traditional nutrition grew. The COVID-19 crisis reinforced my desire to create something meaningful and impactful.
The First Steps
Participating in the MSME Idea Hackathon 3.0 sparked confidence, and with my co-founder’s shared vision, IndoSattva was born—rooted in tradition and driven by passion.
Taking the Leap
With determination, I transitioned from my academic career to fully commit to IndoSattva. With the support of two invaluable pillars, Vijay and Yash, our dream has now become a reality.
